Bedfords Surveyors is a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors established in Maidstone, Kent since 1973. We offer a range of services helping our customers across commercial, private and public sectors with insurance reinstatement, building design, property development and building services. Working across the UK, our team operate from offices in London, the South East, the Midlands and the North West. We pride ourselves on our professional ethics and expert independent advice. All of our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and our firm is Regulated by RICS.

Board of Directors

Bedfords Surveyors is a second generation family business which was founded in 1973 by Charles Bedford after he qualified with RICS in 1958. His sons Mike and Charles joined the business in the 1980’s and Mike Bedford took over as Managing Director at the Maidstone office when his father retired.

Over the years Bedfords Surveyors has expanded to provide nationwide coverage and now has two more directors; Paul Parkinson who is responsible for managing the Northern division and James Tavare who manages the London division.

The current Bedfords Board of Directors have a great deal of combined experience with a multidiscipline approach. The team specialise in Insurance Reinstatement, having worked on a vast and varied number of residential properties and commercial buildings.
